Please test the trial versions by downloading from our home page as to DSSSLprint2.0,NEXTPublisher and NEXTStylus.



Q3: How many days does it take usually to send me the products after order.

It takes about one week after the date of order to send you the products addressed to your designated place.



Q4: What is the content and price of support for the products purchased by me?

Upgrade service and Q&A service by e-mail are available for the products purchased by you. The price for those support is 15% yearly of the standard price of the products you purchased.



Q5: Please give your terms of sales unit for server type products and client type products.

The sales unit is destined by users number.
The concept of the users number is the process number(s)which can be carried out simultaneously.
Server type products can be procured by 4,8,16 users unit.
DSSSLprint2.0 is one of the server type products.
Client type products can be procured by the quantity from one set (not by users number)because of using as application.
Both NEXTPublisher and NEXTStylus are client type products. Please contact sales department as to the price schedule for each product you are interested in.



Q6:Is there any discount program when the additional order is placed?

Discount is available according to the past order quantity by each client.



Q7:What sort of software support do you take for the dating problem which will be expected in future such as the problem of Sept.9,2001?

Concerning DSSSLprint Sept.9,2001Problem had not happened. It is not yet decided to support Jan.19,2038 Problem at present.
